It is not possible for civilization to flow backwards while there is youth in the world.

Training and Technical Assistance

Strengths-based workforce development has been shown to increase employee engagement, client outcomes, and organizational impact. Indeed, in recent years, research has found that one of the most effective ways to develop and reduce staff turnover is through a strengths-based model that focuses on each individual's talents and skills and builds on those through specific training, education, and supports.

Using the stengths-based framework, PYWA assesses workforce challenges in local organizations, communities, and state/regional collaboratives and delivers targeted solutions. The approach is particularly appropriate to youth service providers, many of whom apply this concept in their work with young people and families. Based on the results of the assessment process, PYWA’s team of staff and consultants provides a wide variety of resources, expertise and assistance to enable agencies to develop and implement a workforce development plan.
